About Me

My photo
Rebecca
This blog is intended to provide teaching for those interested in zen meditation. I am a JiDoPoepSaNim with the Kwan Um School of Zen and teach at the Prairyerth Zen Center in Topeka Kansas. My teacher is Zen Master Ji Haeng with whom I continue my study. My grandteacher Zen Master Seung Sahn used to say that zen is understanding our true selves. This has been the guiding statement for my life and my teaching.
